2. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information.

3. Products and presentation

We sell Chinese cultural and creative gifts, which may include refrigerator magnets, stationery, home accessories, keepsakes and gift sets. Product availability may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours, dimensions and materials accurately. Screen settings, photography and manufacturing processes may cause minor differences. Hand-finished, natural-material or artisan-inspired pieces may show small variations in colour, texture, pattern or finish; these are not necessarily defects.

Measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Packaging shown in photographs is included only when the product description says so.

4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received it, but does not necessarily mean we accepted it. A binding sales contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or legal/compliance requirements. If payment has already been captured, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. Once fulfilment or dispatch has begun, changes may not be possible; your cancellation or return rights under applicable law and our Returns & Exchanges Policy remain unaffected.

5. Prices, currency, taxes and customs

Prices and the transaction currency are shown at checkout. Delivery charges, discounts and taxes collected by us will be displayed before you submit the order. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply foreign-exchange or cross-border fees that we do not control.

International orders may be subject to import VAT/GST, customs duty, brokerage, handling or other destination-country charges. Whether these charges are prepaid or payable on arrival depends on the shipping route and what is stated at checkout. Unless we expressly state that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for them. We are not responsible for charges imposed by customs authorities or local carriers.

If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment, subject to applicable law.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method and authorise us and our payment providers to charge the total shown. Payments may be subject to fraud-prevention and identity checks.

Payment services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not store full card details where payment processing is handled by those providers.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship internationally, subject to route availability, import restrictions and service limitations. Orders are generally transported by YunExpress and may be handed to a local postal or courier partner for customs clearance or final-mile delivery.

Processing and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may result from customs inspection, peak seasons, weather, public holidays, remote destinations, incorrect addresses or carrier disruption. Risk of accidental loss passes as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer law.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Our voluntary return conditions, exclusions, return procedure and refund timing are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms.

If goods arrive damaged, defective, materially different from their description or incorrect, contact us with your order number and supporting photographs. Your remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its text, photography, graphics, logos, layout, product presentation and other content are owned by or licensed to Longwin Shop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make a personal copy of pages for non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, modify or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

References to cultural works, landmarks or traditional motifs do not imply endorsement by any museum, public authority, artist, estate or other rights holder unless expressly stated.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, your own or used with permission, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content for operating and promoting Longwin Shop, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam or rights-infringing content. We will not suppress a genuine review merely because it is negative.

11. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, harvest personal data, place fraudulent orders, use automated purchasing or scraping tools without permission, or use the website or products for an unlawful purpose.

12. Third-party services and links

The website may contain links to or integrations with payment providers, carriers, social platforms and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Warranties and limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to the paragraph above, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss arising from misuse of a product, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. For purchases made as a consumer, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a higher or different remedy is required by law.

Products are intended for decorative or ordinary household use as described. Follow product warnings and keep small items, including magnets, away from young children and anyone who may swallow them. Magnets may interfere with certain medical devices; follow the device manufacturer’s safety guidance.

14. Events beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events we could not reasonably prevent, such as severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs intervention, carrier or transport disruption, labour dispute, network outage or supply interruption. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of Shanghai, China will have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain the benefit of mandatory protections and any right to bring a claim in their country of residence where applicable law provides that right.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours where this does not reduce your statutory rights.

We may update these Terms for legal, operational or business reasons. The version posted when you place an order normally governs that purchase unless a change is required by law. We will show the latest revision date at the top of this page.
